Who we are

ADTC is a small team who specialise in home extensions, bespoke new dwelling designs as well as residential development sites.

We first meet with clients, produce initial site appraisals for discussion. Once a design is agreed full planning drawings are produced which we then submit for planning approval and oversee the whole process. Often supporting illustrative 3d visualisations are produced to help support planning applications followed by complete working drawing/ building regulations packages.
